💥Spółka na początku stycznia br. sfinalizowała mariaż Roof Renovation S.A. z Roof Renovation sp. z o.o. i w pełni przystąpiła do realizacji założeń nowej strategii rozwoju opublikowanej pod koniec 2022 r.
💥Przekroczenie 100 mln zł przychodów w 2022 r, oraz zrealizowanie 12 projektów, w tym dla: LG, Media Expert, InPost, Zalando czy Panattoni, wpisuje się w założenia strategiczne spółki.
💥Wartość umów podpisanych tylko w tym roku (styczeń i pierwsza połowa lutego) wynosi łącznie ponad 14 mln zł netto.

Ważnym momentem dla grupy była publikacja w grudniu ub. roku nowej strategii rozwoju na lata 2022-2027, zakładającej rozwój komplementarnej oferty, w szczególności w zakresie produkcji ekologicznych materiałów budowlanych, zastosowania OZE w przemyśle i budownictwie oraz inwestycji w nieruchomości gruntowe, przy jednoczesnej ekspansji na rynki zagraniczne.

As a gradation of tension, we are providing information about the second one today, not only because of the value of the order and its impact on the Group's consolidated financial figures but also because we are very satisfied with the dynamics of the contracting of construction work.
Within the framework of the contract concluded on February 10, 2023, Roof Renovation sp. z o.o., based in Opole, will perform construction work on the production and storage hall in the following scope:
✅ comprehensive realization of the exterior wall cladding of the hall with sandwich panels,
✅ comprehensive realization of the roof of the hall on trapezoidal sheet metal with a smoke curtain in the C axis
✅ comprehensive realization of the roof of the office building on a prestressed reinforced concrete ceiling.

▶ the lump sum remuneration for the project was set at the net value of PLN 2,121,296.09
▶ as-built remuneration for additional work in the amount of PLN 66,220.00 net,
▶ the total contract value of PLN 2,187,516.09 net.
▶ the works are scheduled to be completed on May 31, 2023.

The year 2023 is expected to be really intense for us as a company!

🔹Roof Renovation sp. z o.o. will receive a flat rate remuneration in the amount of PLN 6.390.000,00 net for the execution of the subject of the contract
🔹the completion date for the work was set for June 30, 2023.

🔷 The flat fee for the project was set at PLN 5,154,500.00 net.

🔴 On 19 January, the Opole District Court registered an increase in Roof Renovation's share capital through the issue of L-series shares, from PLN 2 347 166,70 to PLN 17 386 166,70, through the issue of 150 390 000 ordinary bearer shares, issued on a private placement basis to the shareholders of Roof Renovation sp. z o.o.

🔴 The company's strategy for 2022-2027 includes: - ecological building materials development - the use of RES in industry and construction - further investments in land property - parallel expansion into foreign markets

🔴 The company is currently developing 10 projects with a total area of 190,000 sq m and a value of PLN 105 million, with a completion rate of more than 80%. Work is underway on facilities for Tesla, SK innovation and Eurobox. Last year Roof Renovation completed 12 projects, including for Media Expert, LG, InPost, LPP, ZALANDO, Panattoni, Kaufland or Valeo. With the ever-growing outlook for the sector, we can be confident of an influx of further projects to the portfolio.

Jak wynika z raportu CBRE i Panattoni „Poland Confidence Index 2022”, pomimo trudnego otoczenia makroekonomicznego, rosnącej inflacji i niepewnej sytuacji geopolitycznej, blisko 60 proc. firm logistycznych spodziewa się wzrostu obrotów i zatrudnienia w 2023 r.
Raport podsumowujący III kwartał 2022 r. podaje, że:

🔷 zasoby powierzchni przemysłowo-logistycznych w Polsce przekroczyły 27 mln m². Jest to wzrost o 19 proc. r/r
🔷 w budowie wciąż znajduje się 4 mln m², czyli o 8 proc. więcej niż rok wcześniej
🔷 w III kwartale nastąpił spadek powierzchni w budowie w porównaniu do poprzedniego kwartału o 9 proc., pierwszy od półtora roku

For the Valeo Propulsion Systems Manufacturing and Regeneration Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we installed insulation on the roof of the hall and pumping station, with an area of 20,534 sqm, along with a belay system, drains and emergency overflows installation. Under our roof, Valeo's plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice manufactures propulsion systems to help reduce fuel consumption, lower exhaust emissions and innovative electric turbochargers.
