We ended last week with the finalization of two contracts.
As a gradation of tension, we are providing information about the second one today, not only because of the value of the order and its impact on the Group's consolidated financial figures but also because we are very satisfied with the dynamics of the contracting of construction work.
Within the framework of the contract concluded on February 10, 2023, Roof Renovation sp. z o.o., based in Opole, will perform construction work on the production and storage hall in the following scope:
✅ comprehensive realization of the exterior wall cladding of the hall with sandwich panels,
✅ comprehensive realization of the roof of the hall on trapezoidal sheet metal with a smoke curtain in the C axis
✅ comprehensive realization of the roof of the office building on a prestressed reinforced concrete ceiling.
▶ the lump sum remuneration for the project was set at the net value of PLN 2,121,296.09
▶ as-built remuneration for additional work in the amount of PLN 66,220.00 net,
▶ the total contract value of PLN 2,187,516.09 net.
▶ the works are scheduled to be completed on May 31, 2023.
