The financial statements of the Roof Renovation S.A. Group

On Monday, November 14, we published the financial statements of the Roof Renovation S.A. Group, for the third quarter of 2022. Consolidated revenues from sales of services amounted to more than 81 million zlotys. In Q3 alone, we managed to generate 38 million zlotys in revenue. At the same time, we generated 8.5 million zlotys in net profit with a record 6 million zlotys in Q3. The last period was extremely intense for us in terms of work commitment in the construction sector and this translated into financial results. We are keeping power at a high level and do not plan to slow down before the end of the year.

MLP Group S.A. Pruszków II

MLP Pruszków II is being developed on a 93-hectare site for warehousing and light production, located near the A2 motorway linking Warsaw with Berlin, and will eventually reach an area of 393,000 sqm.
Working with general contractor EastWave, we installed trapezoidal sheet metal roofing, including insulation, over an area of 4,700 sqm. For this exposed roof, we used PROTAN brand membrane and ROCKWOOL wool. The sum of the best components for a building on an industrial park where some of the facilities are BREEAM certified. We installed emergency overflows and a belay system on the roof. Not only do we create space for business, but we also take care of a safe environment for work at height.

Panattoni Park Pruszków IV

Located just off the A2 motorway junction, Panattoni Park Pruszków IV, with an area of approximately 43,000 m², is another investment by a leader in industrial space in Europe, in the construction of which we had a hand. The roofing area of the investment realised together with KOME, which provided general contractor services, is almost 13,000 m². The gigantic flat roof we built over the hall also serves as an advertising medium. The Panattoni logo, which is approximately 900 m² in size, is now visible from a bird's eye view, a drone, and a satellite. It may not be our handwritten signature, but our trademark is the proportion of the letters and the precision of the spacing. To keep the letters in good shape and keep them warm, we used RockWool.

Dynamic development of the warehouse real estate sector in Poland

A record amount of warehouse space is being built in Poland - 4,492,000 sqm. Demand from companies in the logistics, retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce sectors is growing, according to PropertyNews.pl Due to its location, still competitive rental rates and labor costs compared to Western Europe and thanks to the expansion of the motorway network, Poland plays the role of an international hub, being at the forefront of supply chain strategies for most foreign players.

According to the Knight Frank report - Europe's last mile for 2022, the figures are as follows:
- Every €1 billion of e-commerce spend requires around 24,000 sq m of urban logistics space.
In the seven largest e-commerce markets in Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Poland), the online penetration rate currently averages 15.6% and is expected to reach 19.3% by 2026.
In the aforementioned seven markets, online retail sales will increase by €142 billion or 48% over the next five years, increasing the need for additional logistics space of around 3.5 million square meters.
Poland and Spain are expected to be the fastest-growing economies over the next five years, generating higher consumer spending levels and increasing demand for city logistics. Warsaw is expected to see the sixth-largest increase in total online spending over the next five years.

Warsaw is expected to see the sixth-largest increase in total online spending over the next five years.

According to Forbes, the boom in the warehouse space market continues to accelerate, despite rising steel prices and the unstable situation in Ukraine. Over the year, the stock of warehouse space increased by 13 percent, reaching 23 million sq m at the end of Q3, and figures from the sector show a further 3.71 million sq m under construction, double that of last year.

Cooperation with Hale Przemysłowe Plus

To quote a classic - we are learning all the time, all the time. That is why, at the end of October, we started cooperation with the industry portal HalePrzemyslowe.plus. Our banner is already fluttering on the right-hand side of the website's screen, and at the beginning of December we will be sharing our expertise in roofing for industrial halls with the platform's recipients. Focusing on the construction and rental of industrial halls, installations, automation, logistics and equipment, the website was a natural choice for us in terms of exchanging factual information. We encourage you to visit and transfer your industry knowledge.

A new construction investment in the subzone of the Walbrzych Special Economic Zone "Invest-Park".

A new construction investment in the subzone of the Walbrzych Special Economic Zone "Invest-Park". This time we made the roof sheathing for the Inpost Distribution Centre in Kluczbork.
The figures are as follows - 4.8 thousand m² of roof and 1.7 thousand m² of shelter. The scope of work included the installation of trapezoidal sheet metal sheathing, insulation with a belay system and the installation of emergency drains and overflows. We do not foresee any emergency and the number we have for you at the end is 10,000 Inpost parcel machines all over Poland, with an ever-increasing trend. It's good to grow with the best, creating a business-friendly space for them.

Electric cars are tooling up in Poland!

SK Innovation is expanding its lithium-ion battery separator factory at the KSSE in Dąbrowa Górnicza with the third and fourth stages. Once these stages are expanded and connected to the existing factories, the Dąbrowa Górnicza plant will become the Korean giant's largest factory in the world.

Our contribution at this stage of the project is also substantial:

- delivery and assembly of the steel structure for the lightweight casing (approx. 580,000 kg)
- delivery and assembly of the support structure for the roof technology (approx. 100,000 kg)
- delivery and assembly of the support structure for the roof technology (approx. 120,000 kg)
- execution of wall cladding from Ruukki Panels - approx. 51,000 sq.m,
- supply and installation of window joinery and façade louvers - approx. 2 500 sq.m
- delivery and installation of complete roofing made of trapezoidal sheet metal (Blach Profil 2), mineral wool (Rockwool), and TPO Texsalon membrane (TEXSA)

This is how we create space for business and new technologies.

Giga art on the façade of the Tesla Gigafactory near Berlin!

"The Spice Must Flow" - proclaims one of the giant graffiti paintings on the exterior wall of Giga Berlin. Tesla is filling the walls of its Gigafactory Berlin with graffiti art, as promised by Elon Musk over a year ago. The quote, which comes from Frank Herbert's novel Duna, refers to the 'spice' broadening the spectrum of consciousness, which has been a fundamental block to commerce and technological development in the universe for millennia. It also played an important role in space travel, enabling navigators to guide spacecraft safely through warp space.

The project will evolve. Eventually, not only the outer walls of Giga Berlin will be filled with graffiti, but even the giant roof. The height of the walls of Giga Berlin is 15 m, so the size and momentum is exactly on the giga scale.
The ultra-modern and futuristic direction of the façade finish fits perfectly with the image of a technology company like Tesla.
Our roof has just acquired a new purpose - it will become a canvas for graffiti art. We appreciate that!

Cars are our passion, production halls are our work / Tesla's first production facility in Europe

We have combined this under one roof, crowning part of the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg complex for Tesla brand. Tesla's first production facility in Europe, described as the most technologically and environmentally advanced electric vehicle and battery cell manufacturing unit, started production in the new site. We were responsible for the supply and installation of the complete Sila Sarnafil roofing system along with the implementation of the smoke extraction system. We also supplied and installed the substructure for the cold-formed profile façade panels for the single plane of the Arpanel façade panel cladding, together with the window joinery and the complete roof drainage system.
Tesla is redefining the concept of the car. We redefine the concept of large-scale industrial buildings.
We drive the bests!
