Roof Renovation (formerly TopLevelTennis.com S.A.), a JR HOLDING portfolio company listed on the NewConnect market since 2008, on 30 September signed agreements to acquire series L shares and to transfer ownership of 100% of Roof Renovation Sp. z o.o. to the Company. The Company also sold 100% of its shares in TopLevelTennis.com Sp. z o.o.
According to the company's management, the decision on the above acquisition is a further step in the development strategy of the Roof Renovation Company and an opportunity for synergistic cooperation with other JR Holding ASI S.A. entities. It is also a declaration of full transparency regarding the Company's operations and an opportunity to raise financing for strategic growth objectives.
Roof Renovation Sp. z o.o. specjalizuje się w wykonawstwie lekkiej obudowy hal, przebudowie i renowacji dachów, w tym wielkogabarytowych dachów płaskich oraz dachów zielonych, z systemowymi elewacjami, fasadami aluminiowymi, posadzkami i konstrukcjami stalowymi. Spółka od powstania w 2020 roku zrealizowała z sukcesem 38 realizacji na terenie Polski oraz w krajach UE współpracując z największymi inwestorami m.in.: SK Innovation, Tesla, LG Chem, Zalando, Umicore, LPP oraz Philips.
