As a NewConnect-listed entity and one of the leaders in the segment of flat roof construction and the cladding of large-scale industrial and logistics facilities, we are closing the year 2022 with the publication of a new company development strategy for 2022 - 2027.

In the coming years, we intend to pursue our objectives using the resources we have at our disposal in such a way that we can not only meet the demands of a highly volatile business environment but also bring about synergies between construction solutions with RES, the production of ecological building materials and investments in land property.

As part of the development of the expanded Group, we aim to develop projects totaling 1 million sq m per year by 2027, in parallel with developing our core business in foreign markets. Geographical diversification is intended to serve further revenue growth and independence from the downturn in the country.

The coming years will also see an increase in the importance of the environmental aspect, with the inclusion of a company in the Group's Renewable Energy segment and an entity producing green building materials.

We have set Roof Renovation as a difficult task, but the financial results generated in the first nine months of 2022, i.e. PLN 81 million in revenue and a net profit of PLN 8.6 million, have shown that we are capable of realizing ambitious plans.

Days before Christmas are a great opportunity for team meetings outside the everyday landscape of the office or construction site. The winter garden of Restauracja Starka in Opole, gave us the wonderful feeling of being in a cozy interior while staing in touch with the winter view outside. The wide perspective is what we like best, and combined with the flavors of traditional Polish cuisine, the evening passed in a delicious atmosphere. We want common feasts at the Christmas table to become a tradition for our team. We are pleased that this year we were able to celebrate with a really close-knit team of 20 people, who are responsible on a daily basis for supervising construction processes and preparing production on-site in Opole. Our cooperation with the industry portal Hale Przemysłowe Plus became a stimulus to share our knowledge of certification in multi-criteria building evaluation systems. LEED and BREEAM environmental certificates, which increase the value of facilities and recognizing them as sustainable buildings, i.e. with the least negative impact on the environment, are becoming criteria directly linked to reduced investment risk. We are building a business space together with our partners, who produce components that achieve high ratings in environmental classification systems, guaranteeing energy efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint.
