The Rejs company from Rypin is a leading manufacturer of furniture accessories in Europe. A family-owned company with almost 30 years of history, due to its dynamic growth and increasing logistics and storage needs, made an investment in the company's headquarters in Rypin by erecting a high-storage warehouse space, for which we supplied almost 50 tonnes of steel structure. The scope of work we carried out included:
- delivery and assembly of the steel structure
- delivery and assembly of trapezoidal sheet metal - 7730 sq.m
- roof insulation - 7729 sq.m
- delivery and assembly of skylights and light strips
- cladding the walls and roof with PIR panels (12 cm thick) - 4011 sq.m
execution of concrete floors in high storage warehouses - 12,350 sqm

Whoever wants to optimize logistics and reduce delivery times chooses a location in the central part of the country. Whoever wants a solid flat roof over their business space chooses us. The Media Expert Panattoni European Central distribution centre in Łódź, has expanded by another phase. In cooperation with Harden Construction, acting as general contractor, we have completed almost 76,000 sq m of roof, including insulation, a belay system, installation of drains and emergency overflows. The logistics hub for Media Expert, forming a central complex for national distribution, consisting of three buildings, covers a total area of 232,000 sqm. On Monday, November 14, we published the financial statements of the Roof Renovation S.A. Group, for the third quarter of 2022. Consolidated revenues from sales of services amounted to more than 81 million zlotys. In Q3 alone, we managed to generate 38 million zlotys in revenue. At the same time, we generated 8.5 million zlotys in net profit with a record 6 million zlotys in Q3. The last period was extremely intense for us in terms of work commitment in the construction sector and this translated into financial results. We are keeping power at a high level and do not plan to slow down before the end of the year.

MLP Pruszków II is being developed on a 93-hectare site for warehousing and light production, located near the A2 motorway linking Warsaw with Berlin, and will eventually reach an area of 393,000 sqm.
Working with general contractor EastWave, we installed trapezoidal sheet metal roofing, including insulation, over an area of 4,700 sqm. For this exposed roof, we used PROTAN brand membrane and ROCKWOOL wool. The sum of the best components for a building on an industrial park where some of the facilities are BREEAM certified. We installed emergency overflows and a belay system on the roof. Not only do we create space for business, but we also take care of a safe environment for work at height.

Located just off the A2 motorway junction, Panattoni Park Pruszków IV, with an area of approximately 43,000 m², is another investment by a leader in industrial space in Europe, in the construction of which we had a hand. The roofing area of the investment realised together with KOME, which provided general contractor services, is almost 13,000 m². The gigantic flat roof we built over the hall also serves as an advertising medium. The Panattoni logo, which is approximately 900 m² in size, is now visible from a bird's eye view, a drone, and a satellite. It may not be our handwritten signature, but our trademark is the proportion of the letters and the precision of the spacing. To keep the letters in good shape and keep them warm, we used RockWool.

According to Forbes, the boom in the warehouse space market continues to accelerate, despite rising steel prices and the unstable situation in Ukraine. Over the year, the stock of warehouse space increased by 13 percent, reaching 23 million sq m at the end of Q3, and figures from the sector show a further 3.71 million sq m under construction, double that of last year.
